After your feet have been measured at one of our certified dealers, the shapes are precisely reproduced in our workshop in a three-dimensional wooden profile.

With the wooden profile, the ski boot shell is heated and shaped to fit your foot precisely. A pad made of cork reproduces the rough anatomy of your feet.

The plastic shells are injection molded in-house. A 100% Austrian quality product.

To create more space for the pressure-sensitive areas, your feet are taped with plastic pads. A two-component foam is then applied to the inner shoe via two hoses. This expands and adapts perfectly to the anatomy of your feet. Your shoe is ready and so are you for the most precise and comfortable ride ever!
